Sous Vide Soft-Poached Eggs

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Heat 4-6” of water using the sous vide to 167F.
  2. Once ready add the eggs being carefully not to crack any eggs. Cook for 12 minutes.
  3. Once ready remove eggs, submerge into an ice bath for 30-60 seconds just so you can handle them.
  4. Crack the egg onto the bread or English muffin.
